Objective

Objective of our organization is fabrication, testing, supply, erection, completion & commissioning of the total HSD Under/Above Ground Horizontal and Vertical above ground storage tanks system with automation with good quality and in safe way with reference source of IS-10987 & 803 specifications.

Quality Assurance Plan For Hsd Storage Tanks

1. RAW Materials : Plates of 6mm for shell ,8mm and 10mm etc. for End plate are of tested quality and manufactured by SAIL / JINDAL and the test certificate for chemical and physical properties will be furnished.
2. Thickness of the plates are measured by your representative at our premises at Hyderabad.
3. Dimensional checks and measurements are carried out during different stages while fabrication by us.
4. Welder's qualification, and welding procedures and qualification documents along with test piece inspected by third party will be provided.
5. We will conduct 40% D.P. test in presence of your representative for all welded joints
6. We will conduct Hydro Test of the above tank at 0.5 Kg/cm2 (g) for duration 1 hour in presence of your representative as per IS 10987:1992 and also by CCOE, competent person presence.
7. Surface preparation and painting as per IS 158.
8. All the fuel pipes after fabrication will be tested at a pressure of 10 Kg/cm2 (g) at your site in presence of your representative.
9. After assembling complete system will be flushed out with inert gas before commissioning.
10. For Fuel Piping welding Test piece will be inspected by third party at your place and submit all welder documents.
11. All the brought out items will be inspected by us at manufacturers works and manufacturers test certificates will be submitted to you.
12. HSD tank will be earthed to a separate earth pit, and static current discharger will be earthed to earth pit for the HSD lorry tanker.
13. All the flanged joints will be earth with a GI strip.
